EVA TYCHOTA
Eva Tychota is a German-born artist who studied at the Cologne Werkschulen, as well as in Munich and the USA.
Currently residing in Rösrath near Cologne, she works in her studio in Cologne. Her artistic journey reflects a blend of diverse influences and experiences showcasing her unique perspective in painting.

Her transcends mere representation, capturing the subtle nuances of life that often go unnoticed. She sees it as her mission to illuminate the intangible core of existence, allowing it to resonate through her creations. By blending elements of the periphery with abstract forms, she invites viewers to explore the expressions of life that are often hinted at in everyday moments. Superimpositions and light serve as a vital technique in her work, enhancing the interplay between the familiar and the abstract.

Her main medium is painting in oil and mixed media on canvas, as well as drawing, which she repeatedly breaks with three-dimensional and digital works. She calls these two-dimensional or three-dimensional artistic works also painting.
